2 piece picatinny mounting, help!

I made a thread about this in the hunting guns section but never really got the answer I was looking for.

I have an A7, it comes with a 2 piece aluminum picatinny, it says in the manual if you are to use the factory supplied aluminum bases that you must "glue" them.

I asked why, would i need to glue aluminum, but not steel?

Do I just glue the screws with some blue loctite?

Someone mentioned that they loctite the entire base, like a bedding compound. Is that a recommended way of mounting a base?

Loctite or other similar thread lockers are not glue. I have no idea why they would suggest you glue the bases. I would only use a semi permanent thread locker.

Would anyone else mind weighing in on this? Im really looking for a solid answer as this would be the first time mounting a scope.

Hmm my brother has a Sako A7 .270, haven't seen any issues with his bases with being tightened down good and scope put on.
