Given the history of the Eaton carcano, what value would one have if it had surface corrosion and a repaired stock?
Also, I was looking at some parts from the Longbranch plant and was hoping someone here could tell me the purpose of a certain part. This part had what looked like an interior mold of an enfield mag, but only half the length, to which was attached a short rod with a loop on it. Has anyone seen one of these before, and what purpose did it serve in assembly of the Lee Enfields?
