I used to use .455 Mk.II brass in a Webley .450 M&P, and using Lee .455 Webley dies just increased the crimp until the loaded rounds seated easily in the chambers.
This was about 25+ years ago, but if I remember correctly I used about 2.3gr. Bullseye under a Lyman 454190, sized to .454", which was a fairly anaemic load and you could just about see the bullet in flight. I did chronograph them, and don't remember velocity after all these years, but there were certainly no pressure signs. I didn't try any blackpowder loads in that gun.
I don't know of a source for 450 ammunition, but there's only 0.08" difference in case length (0.69" - 0.77") so it wouldn't take long to trim a bunch of .455 Mk.II brass.
