I hunt south of you Adrian and it's been tough - way-to-go! Classic hunt with a classic rifle (m788 - I have two in 6mm LH, have yet to see coyote blood!).

Are south of the Base ? I love the Rem 788 I have the 243 but near the same...

I use the Fox Pro Shockwave. Do I need the shockwave ? No I don't find it any better then the Fury I use to have...

Yes and east but I have a couple spots west as well. Love the 788 too, a little fugly but don't think the coyotes care. Got the two 6 mm's shooting same if not better than my 700s - one with 100 gr ProHunters and my other rig with 65 gr Vmax. If Wil E Coyote doesn't cooperate dirt pigs are around the corner!

I like them over the wooden ones. Much lighter to walk with...
