INCREDIBLE SERVICE !! from P&D Entreprises in Edmonton. The best I ever got from an out of province dealer. My pistol was home after 9 days !! From Edmonton to Montreal, transfers approved, everything....

I've purchased a lot from P&D, me and my wife make it a regular stop whenever were in Edmonton, never a complaint. Cool bag, did it come with the pistol? are those magazine storage pockets on the side? Nice gun as well.

I just bought the same gun from P&D a few weeks ago. I picked up the black and grey one.

Yes, P&D has top of the line service. And probably the cheapest 9mm in Edmonton as they sell by 500rds. They just updated their website last week too and it looks great, although it doesn't have the listing for their pistols yet.
 
I bought from Phil & Dianne in Edmonton my SIG 226RSS Elite and I have it at home in 3 days !
ONLY good words for the service and comms, great guys and I'll do business with P&D anytime in the future.

Mines coming from Questar as we speak, mine is in 9mm. The transfert took about a week from Orillia to Quebec prov !

I now looking at Canada post tracking 3 times a day ! :D

Can't wait to fire it.
And my first handgun too.

Not only do they have great sales and service, they also support the shooting sports. Although we asked at the very last minute, P&D donated a whole bunch of product for the prize table at the IPSC Nationals last year in Lethbridge.

I bought a 22 pistol from them last year... ordered it on Tuesday afternoon and it showed up at my door two days later on Thursday. You can't argue with that kind of quick service.
 
Bought a stainless ruger mkiii 22/45 from them a few months back great service and a great deal, looking forward to making it down there sometime
 
Here's a copy of an email I sent them last week:

"To P&D Enterprises:

Wow, I'm blown away by the customer service at P&D. I recently bought a shotgun there and the case the gun came in was missing one of the four plastic latches that secure it. It was no big deal, as the case can still be closed securely (although, perhaps not AS securely) with the three remaining latches, so I didn't think twice about it. Well, today I received a package in the mail with the remaining latch and a note saying it was found on the floor. The amount of trouble someone must have gone through just to send this piece of plastic to me because they felt I was entitled to it really shows the type of people you have working at P&D. I go there all the time and will continue to go there for future firearms purchases (I'm planing a carbine purchase in the near future and it'll be there) because of this and further examples of how great you are.

Keep up the good work. Thanks!"
