I would get a caliper and measure the well at various points to compare to others.. Then you have some pretty good info to start complaining or not..
Personally, I hate any pvc mags.. I always have trouble in the summer when they warm up and start to flex... so much for tolerances on a hot day with a full mag

I also found my single Pmag 20 was pretty damn tight in my NEA lower, I've just got the one. Only used it to get the darn gun to balance upright for photos:
