20" AR upper source?

Who makes the most "milspec" 20" AR-15 upper? I'm looking, preferably, for a chrome lined, 1:7 twist, lighter profile barrel with fixed front site and a flat top upper receiver.

And where can I buy such an animal? Somewhere that actually has it in stock would be ideal. Any suggestions appreciated.

Any other manufacturer tends to use a 1:9 twist, with the exception of Colt, but good luck finding a 20" flat top colt upper!

Someone is selling a mil spec 20" barrel in the EE as we speak. Price seems pretty steep though. Just add a flat top upper from any of the good manufacturers and you'd be good to go.

We have a standing order in with the factory for 1/7 GP barrels for quite a while, no word on when/if they will come available. I think we sold the last one we had last fall. I'm sorry, wish we could help.
