20 ga. O/U suggestions.

My advice depends a lot on how much you're going to use it, and how you'll use it. If it's going to be a weekly driver for skeet or SC, plus an occasional hunt, you'd better get something decent, by that I mean Beretta or Browning, SKB if you don't mind orphans (I have one, it's my go to gun in foul weather). My only 20 ga now is a fairly new CZ Bobwhite sxs. It gets dragged through thickets and over hill and dale, plus an occasional round of skeet and SC. Less than $600 new, if/when it breaks I'll fix it if I can, if not I'll replace it.

If you intend on doing any amount of shooting then a Franchi Instinct L 20ga 3 inch chambers. A bit overpriced in my opinion but outstanding O/U shotgun. Points like a dream and only about 6 pounds.

Best 20 gauge O/U for the money....a Ithaca/SKB 500. Fantastic little guns.

I was looking at a second hand one and almost bought it. They were asking $500. Looked well made and having good reviews. Missed out on my chance as someone else bought it.

I think this is a 12G pictured:

They checkered the whole forend just about, also not crazy about the case hardening. Would rather see regular bluing or silver. Pretty good reviews on the Franchi too.
