Okay. I received my crate last week, but finally had a chance to open it tonight.
3x Kovrov's (2x Narrow Oval and 1x Wide Oval)
6x 1940/41 Izzy's
1x 1939 Tula
5x 1941 Tula with side rails
About 5-6 rifles had stock repairs, but the max was 2x stock repairs on one rifle, so overall good condition.
I think 2 if not 3 rifles had navel stocks and then about a 50/50 split between AVT and standard stocks.
Other parts were all mixed as always.
The 1939 is the real bonus as it used to be a SVT38 or was a left over receiver made into an SVT40 in early the 1940's.
I am keeping the 1939 for sure, I didn't even know that was an option! I was hoping on a Kovrov 1940, Tula 1941 without scope rails, Tula 1945, or any Sniper.
In away, I'm even happier, as I have never seen a 1939 Tula and have seen all of the above rifles that I was hoping for.

So would it technically be called an svt38/40? Kind of an svt38 conversion.
Most SVT-38's were converted to 40's. I wouldn't exactly call it a 38/40 unless it still had either the unlightened bolt carrier or the stock. Other than the receiver, it's pretty much an SVT40 now (by my guess, agent didn't post any full photos of it).

I guess my angle on it was since it is an svt38 receiver, isn't it always? Even if converted to svt40 specs? Svt40 receiver started out as svt40s.
Is there any difference in the two receiver types?

They are sighted at 100 meters with figure 3 on the rear sight. So at 100 yards should be point of aim with this set up.
