2007 M305 cycling issues

Everything is lubed. Nothing is hanging up anywhere. In or out of the stock. Action cycles very smoothly by hand

Is there a gunsmith in southern Ontario that is well versed with these? I’m ready to trash this pos

It looks to me like the oprod is snagging the roller. This would make it twist a bit against its guide tab on the reciever and lift the oprod "up" where it makes contact with the bolt and and cause the bolt to lock further in instead of disengaging.

How's the grove in the op rod look? Is it starting to peen out where the roller touches when it makes contact durring the start of tge ejection cycle? Is it still straight?

Does your roller actually roll? It should spin easily, they are known to fail and could cause the issue you are having.

I'm not a gunsmith, but I'm not far from you and I have picked up a few things from others and while working on/troubleshooting my own, and a friend's, M305s.

Maybe a fresh set of eyes on will help?
