2007 or later CZ858 Prohib

When did it happen, to the best of my knowledge about last March when CBSA detained my last two shipments of CZ 858 rifles. CBSA sent three samples to the RCMP/CFC Forensic lab for examination. CBSA then told me they were prohibited. We eventually were allow to re-export them after paying Lufthansa over $100,000.00 in storage fees. CBSA decided not to press any charges against me. I made application under the access to Information act for details but everything has been censored, so I only have the FRT to go.

These bans have been brewing for years but most people would never believe the handful of us who did. I am told there is a list of 20, there could be a lot more, I am in the industry and I believe it, what more can I say.

I do believe the next 12 to 18 months will determine the future of my industry and your sport/hobby.
 
I don't take it as a coincidence that they had a teacher from sandy hook speaking in Edmonton today. Looks like they are rallying the antis.

Do they just want my credit card and bank account info so they can just steal my money directly without having to come up with this farce?!?!?!?!?

Jeezus that's a bad omen. It's starting to look a lot like the fear mongering that's been happening down south for the past while. It makes perfect sense though. If the general public is rallied into a fear-induced frenzy that these rifles are coming to eat their children, then all of our claims that the RCMP and federal government are unjustly and illegally seizing our property will fall on deaf ears. People will absolutely ignore any of the reasonable facts brought to the table, no matter how hard they're slapped in the face with them. All they will see is 'firearm ownership causes school shootings!' Divide and conquer, using the media as your wedge. The clouds are certainly gathering...
