Do you mean like 50-7, 49-5, 48-5 and 49-4?

the first number is the score 50 out of 50. The number after the (-) is the number of V bulls. The bull is about 2 MOA worth 5 points and the V bull is 1 MOA and also worth 5 point but used as the tie breaker. A 50-6 beats a 50-5
Also in TR a 50-0 beats a 49-9.

Sorry for not knowing...but can you explain what the numbers mean? What does XX - YY stand for?

8 targets were shot over the two days at 300, 400, 500 and 600 metres with 10 shots on each target. 5 (rather than the normal 10) would have been the high score so a 50-10v would have been a perfect target meaning that all 10 shots scored a 5 and all 10 shots landed in the small centre v bull.

Thanks for posting Cliff. Where did you find those? I looked on the BCRA website but they weren't there.

XX - Female Chromosome
YY - Obtunded Chromosome

Hi Richard,

I sent you a PM with the info.....I'm still upset with myself about my cross fire at 400 metres on the second day as I gave up a v bull and ended up with a 45-6v.
Losing that 5 points dropped me down to the 386-41v. Can't say I'll never do it again but it was a good lesson learned.
