I will definately be in, given enough notice.
Here is what I will be bringing!
.17 HMR. The most accurate Rimfire, hands down
.22 LR Bolt action
.22 LR Lever action
NOTE - That is a gopher call in the last picture, not a one hooter!

It's tough to say? When ever I toot it, i'd see a gopher standing. But, I don't know if the call has anything to do with it or if its just because there were alot of gophers

I have an older KC gopher call, and I found it works pretty good!! The newer ones are alot smaller!!
Prior to the 2008 shoot I didn't even know they existed but after seeing the success you had with the original call and Mrs. 2K had with the newer version I ran out and bought one after last year's shoot, can't wait to try it out.
Farm supply stores carry them too.

No permit required for killing squeaks...they are a rodent
As for accomodations, there are places fairly close...but still 20-50 minute drive away...really best to camp out there!!

Thats what we did last year
Assuming we go to the same place there is literally room for a couple hundred campers!!
WSS in winnipeg has them in stock right now.

Does that work then for an initial date? The first weekend of the month. Last year we went a little later, and I was hoping to have gotten past the rainy weather. Unfortunatly Saturday was cold and wet. We can start with these dates, and if anyone wants to extend the dates a few more days, I'm sure we can work somthing out. I know the guys who might want to come from farther away would appreciate more time.
Please feel free to shoot dates and such so we can try to figure out what will work best for everyone.
