2009 IPSC Ontario Provincials / Sharon Open - Web Site

Great job
Darryl was terrific in doing this for last years Drama Daze/Provincials match.

I must say that those stage names are absolutely ground breaking!! LOL

What you see and what you get can always be different. Published courses of fire rarely look like they do on the range.

Must engage?

Stage: 3 (Medium Course of Fire)
Scoring: Comstock
Targets: 7 IPSC paper targets, 2 Pepper Poppers, and 2 no-shoots
Min Rounds: 16
Max Points: 80
Scored Hits: Best 2 hits per target, steel must fall to score
Start-Stop: Audible - Last shot.
Penalties: As per current IPSC edition rule book.
Start: Handgun loaded and holstered, hands relaxed at sides, heels touching the start marks on the rear fault line (feet
must not be on top of the fault line).
Procedure: On the audible engage T1 through T7, PP1 and PP2 from the area indicated.
Note: PP1 activates the disappearing drop turning target and PP2 activates the non-disappearing swinging target. The
activators (poppers) and corresponding activated targets must be engaged.

Caution: Observe your 90 degree angle to the forward range backstop.
Since when do disappearing targets fall into the "must be engaged" category?

I don't see any prone positions.;). I see two very low ports.. but that does not mean you have to go prone ;) ;) ;) ;)

(Said the guy with the long legs..)

Stage 5, Stage 11 read note.
Ya, there may be someone trying to shoot this without going down to prone, especially someone with spider legs :D, however if MD drops that line it is most likely easier to shoot very low to the ground.

What time does the registration and shooting start in the morning?

This is NOT official (because I am not one of the organizers), but from what I know, registration starts at 8:00 AM. The match will start (First shot) @ 9:00 AM. :)
