2009 Puma SA 22lr?

I dont think it will be restricted. The barrel is only 16'', but the overall length is 33 inches I think.

That gun would be soo much fun in full auto.

why?

It falls under the non-restricted catagorie quite nicely. No round limitation for 22LR rifles, no barrel length restrictions for semi auto on 22LR rifles, only OAL restrictions. As long as it meets the OAL length and isn't the variant of a prohibited firearm, we're good to go.

Looks like an 800$ 22 by the time its here with 150$ drums. Our dollar isn't worth what it used to be. Still wont beat a 300$ 10/22. Nice rifle though.

Reintroduction of the Pietta made PPS-50. Ruko used to import these into Canada. The design originated with John Farmer of Hard Times Armory in Tennessee. He offered these as select fire conversions, some with integral suppressors, no vents in the barrel jacket. Acton is based on the AR-7, with a separate sear and trigger, not the AR one piece. The drums work better than the box magazines. Forget importing them from the US. It would likely be easier direct from Italy. The magazines would be a problem for export from the US. Ones made for the Cdn. market could have a shorter barrel.

Why are the mags so expensive? Are they jewel encrusted or something? Gold lined? Are they made by the same people who brought us the gun registry?
