I bought an STI Spartan from Gunnar, and was wondering how the 200 grain flatpoints will feed in it. I want to reload these instead of round nose for target shooting, thanks for any help you have!

Shouldn't be an issue, they feed great in my Norc. If you have an issue it's usually around OAL. Might be smart to load a few without primers or powder and try them out, and adjust from there.

I've never had a 1911 that didn't feed them. Maybe I've just been lucky. (8 times)

They are super accurate in my Spartan.

Corey3, I have never seen a 200gr flat point bullet, I suspect you are referring to a 200gr SWC bullet. If so, the 200gr SWC bullet is my favorite for the range and they should work great. Regards, Richard:)

I didn't have any problems with the Frontier 200 gr. flat point/truncated cone bullets in my Llama, before I traded it off to Gunnar. Hopefully my in transit Para won't choke on them either.
