2010 March Scopes....impressive magnification.

I could be wrong but aren't March the top end of all scopes with the BR clan??? Prolly priced accordingly, although i have no experience with them..

I didn't mean for my question to sound insulting, so I hope it wasn't - I've just never known anyone who owns a March scope (and obviously haven't seen one in person) so my question is genuine. If they're durable, that'd be sort of a fun addition to the target rifle... ;) No need for a spotting scope, that's for sure!

The fun part would be short lived once you click on the price list:D Makes me glad I am a lowly TR shooter.

$ 3204 for a 5x50x56 scope with extras:eek: I am going to be so :D if I can ever afford one of these with a rifle to match! Nice stuff but ouch $$$

just found a price list....they are around $4000.[/QUOTE]

Yeah, I'm not really sure I want one on my stevens 200 now.

Yeah, I did some looking too... terrifyingly expensive.

Well, if you an see a 6mm BR hole clearly at 1000yd, I suppose it's worth it for competition!

As for me, my Leupold Mark 4 LR/T remains the most expensive glass I have... and probably will for quite some time.

Yeah I was a bit shocked. I was expected Tasco/NcStar pricing  Well, I learned something new today.

I would love to play around with one for both target shooting and for hunting. Plop an 8-80 on a 22-250 and have at er in the gopher fields - you will be able to see the blacks of their eyes :D My only concern might be the mirage at 35 celcius at 80x :D

Almost as interesting is the 1-10x25 - what an optic for a PE90 *drool* CQB when you want it, long range precision when you need it

hoo boy, imagine trying to hold steady at 80x at 100 yards shooting standing up:)

i've tried using my 36x spotting scope freeehand and thats bad enough:redface:

On the site they show a 200M 5 shot group of .093" Hell I can do that with my enfield using peep sites and Win white box ammo:D

Man can those guys shoot. I guess you have to spend the $$$$ to play with the big boys.
