I can't speak for my cousin, but no one knew where my deer was this year. I watched him for a few weeks prior to the season and got some decent video on him a week before the season. I also had my cousin watch him a few times when I wasn't able to make it out. There was never a vehicle anywhere near this deer that either of us had seen. I do not doubt that your brother in law has some good pics of a big deer, but I highly doubt it was this one.
