2011 CGN Saskatchewan Gopher Shoot primer thread. Starts over at post 538.

We should arrive thursday morning sometime provided the blizzard doesn't thwart us...
I'll start putting out the official invites in the next couple of days including a map to the campsite. A PM will be going out to every member who signed up and didn't cancel. If you did cancel and you recieve one anyways don't sweat it, I'm not that smart and I know I'll bugger up. I'll give a week to two weeks for everyone to respond. I need a response to know how many people will come. If you don't respond by the time alloted your spot will go up. We need to allow the oppertunity to those who truely wish to attend and you can imagine from years past we had people confirm attendance who neither showed up or bothered to let us know their spot was available. I'll get to work on that soon enough, bare with me.

Oh the humanity!!! There was 2" of water in my parents basement this morning and my ammo stockpile was sitting on the floor in wooden crates

ahhh, i see. well on a happier note tomorrow i bring home the latest addition to my gpoher slaying aresenal, a brand new Marlin HB 17 HM2. just need to do a little work on my camper( wish i knew an electrician, hint hint) and a lot of reloading and i'll be ready to go!
