Congrats on your moose, Taking the wife and son for a week up to the 352 area this thursday. Hoping to put the wife on here first one.

Cool

A cow tag, where are you getting a cow tag for?

Do you find cows similar to bulls in your region. Where I hunt bulls, are skittish, but cows will stand there and watch you all day. Are the cows skittish where you hunt?

Ya... Actually two coyotes so far... But the second one took a shot between the lookers...... so no pic was taken.. Wasn't pretty. hopefully getting alot of coyote hunting this year.... Just bought a Savage Axis Cabelas exclusive stainless/snow camo in .223 as a beater yote gun...

Great job man. Better than truckin' for the day?
I love moose in the pan. Secret sauce recipe for fried moose tenders:

Chopped 1/2lb of bacon
Chopped large red onion
Sliced 10 large mushrooms
Fried together
Add 1 cup red wine before onions are entirely soft (w/ bacon fat)
1 table spoon word Hester
Cayenne, salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce and add corn starch to thicken.
Its awesome.
