2011 idpa provincials...

2011 Provincials :canadaFlag:.. Anybody who has attended a FRONTENAC club level match has left smiling :D and has sent back nothing but positive feedback. Now we are hosting the Ontarios...:welcome: many more stages and many more of the FRPC props we are becoming famous for...great prizes and good times await ....|If you are on the fence get off...:HR: Make the call...6gm6 is waiting 24/7 for your sign up...if you wait it may be full as we are filling up fast ...:bump:

Oh man do I want to go...but with a two year old at home and a new baby coming July1....it will be down to the wire...see how the wife is feeling in August. That shoot at FRPC couple weeks ago was definately the most fun I have had with a pistol in my hand.

Have you shot a classifier this year in your class? Needs to be in 12 months prior to match.

is classification a requirement for shooting this match, or can it be shot unclassified? i've only been shooting idpa for a few months and havent done a classifier yet.

the last match at FRPC was f'n awesome.. i'm sure the usual suspects (TMC-IDPA crew) are all in as well.

Must be a member of IDPA. Page 63 states; "All shooters must be classified in the division in which they compete in sanctioned matches. MDs may approve novice class shooters to participate in the sanctioned match."
FRPC is running a classifier this coming Saturday June 11.

My last classifier (SSP)was at Smith Falls last fall. Within 12 months for sure, but I would like to do it again and see if I can make the next class....

And I need to shoot the classifier for CDP now too!!

And if I remember the story correctly it was your first time shooting a pistol...
;)

You know that is kind of ironic, 2 years ago I went through the same thing at Connaught, that to was his first time shooting and he came first and beat the 2nd place shooter by almost 40 seconds and no points down. :nest:

Sounds great....Unfortunately, I won't know till probably late July whether or not I can attend.

I'm making a point of attending, been too long since I've seen a lot of the more northern guys :)

Northern guys? Right now I'm sitting in a Sudbury hotel room thinking it's good to be back down south again!
