2012 cqb #2

Great weather and no bugs. Tim sure knows how to organize a good match.

I bought a wheeled chest for my CQB kit. The bottom bin is large and holds webbing, holsters, rain poncho. One drawer is for AR mags, the other for CZ858 mags. The top drawer holds the ammo. A tray on the top drawer holds shooting lasses, screwdrivers and other bits.

It wheels across the range quite well. It splits in half to load into the car. $110 at Prrincess Auto.

First one. Just awsome. Gotta say sorry to guy in lane 6 for shooting your target. I felt horrible. Everyone there was a class act. I will come to the next one with the right gear to get the job done now that I know how it works

Thanks to everyone for helping put this together! This was my favorite match in the last couple years and every thing went so smoothly. Having a reliable carbine helps to make it more enjoyable (unlike last year!) Great to see some familiar faces and to meet new people. Awesome group of guys and girls.

Looking forward to the next one!

Thanks everyone for the help yesterday. Boltgun on stats, my intermittent relay for my targets (I got on a target by myself, hard to run targets back and forth, mark, patch and do ARO duty all at one time).

I see I screwed up again and missed a tie for 3rd in operator class. Hawking, my apologies, I was running on 3 hours sleep after a business trip, so I'm surprised I got anything right at all. Tim will likely have the appropriate shiny thing for you the next match..

Great day for shooting!!

I am slowly learning how to use my hat cam to make a video and to edit the results.

Now it is clear what I need to be able to do to get my scores into the 400's....:D

Great shooting ganderite WOW! 5..5..5..5..5 looks like you could cover those with a loonie

My targets looked nothing like that! :p But I had a great fun day out as always! Great seeing everyone! Tim is the man as always , great day with his Tim Fu!

Just ordered a new rifle I don't think it will arrive for quite some time so im stuck figuring out how to make things work reliably till then. It's frustrating not being able to get shots down range

Another top notch day! Many thanks to Tim for a fast paced and well organized shoot. This is my second year and I have improved with each match, all due to the help and encouragement of many of the competitors. A special thanks to Boltgun for the time and patience to point out some glaring problems.
