Read Rule 1.1.5.3 - a general course of fire (short, medium, or long) may stipulate Strong Hand Only or Weak Hand Only... no physical means of restraint is necessary

They changed the rule in the latest rulebook due to the fact that physical restraints to accomplish shooting SHO or WHO were sometimes inconsistent, ( e.g. the velcro strap on a stage at Greece World Shoot ).............physical restaints can also still be used but are totally unnecessary with the new ruling

If its strong hand only and 22 rounds....how are you supposed to reload?

Lol, never mind, looked closer at the drawings, most of the match is within bayonet distance. Shoot 11 rounds and then stab, stab the rest of the targets, no reload needed!

If its strong hand only and 22 rounds....how are you supposed to reload?

...with all the practice you,ve been doing with that Glock you should be able to reload with your teeth by now

Reloads and male clearances can be done with both hands, just no shooting.
