The Americas Match

With the approval of the National Rifle Association of the United States of America, the Dominion of Canada Rifle Association is very pleased to announce that the America Matches for both F-Class and Target Rifle will be held during the Canadian Rifle Championships in August 2014.
The Americas Match is an International match run on a two year rotation, alternating between Canada and the United States of America. All International teams are invited to attend, along with "shoot along side teams" consisting of 7 individuals.
We are actively seeking competitive F-Class shooters that are highly motivated to achieve Gold Medal success on our 15 person International Team. Team positions are a Captain, Adjutant, Head Coach, 2 Line Coaches, 4 F-Open shooters+1 Alternate, 4 F-TR shooters+1 Alternate. At this point positions filled as follows...
Captain- Eric Bisson
Adjutant- Caroline Chupa
Head coach- Richard Dregger
Line Coaches- Kevin Chou
Will Chou
Any individuals wishing to be considered for the Canadian Team will need to email Eric Bisson at fcwc2017captain@gmail.com. Prospective team members will be evaluated on the results of their equipment, their response to coaching, and how they conduct themselves in a team environment. As we have a very short amount of time until the August match, individuals will be required to attend either Eastern or Western Regional Matches, the National Championships and at least one National team training session held at either end of the Country.
