2014 Member Sakatchewan Gopher Shoot Invitational.

I drove to Maple Creek 2 years ago in early Sept and shot one gopher because they hibernated early due to dry conditions.Still worth it to get the hell out of Grande Prairie!l

I like it......except fer the absolute dictator ship thing.......next thing you know that ####er is going to have minions......or a mini version of himself..........actually it will all be good as long as he trades that "CAMPER" in on a "Travel Trailer"

So...I have completely lost track of who all is coming....

Wont be a big crowd this year I think I figure.

So, any of the new people have any other questions or need better directions??

My phone number is 403-308- 5075 if you need to call for anything. (Or text preferred)

As for my attendance...still unsure!! The changed my run this week...I will be heading to Peace River, Dawson Creek, then Fort St John...then Grand Forks possibly for the last part of the week...usually is a decent run, gets home fairly early Thursday...and if that happens, may head out Thursday night...maybe. Fingers crossed!!

With all this rain we might need a miracle to even find them. Are the fields usually mowed or grazed down a bit before we come out? Around here in estevan/weyburn the grass is 3 feet high and you need an aerial pov just to find the few that are out there. I threw a piece of plywood on the top of the rhino last week so we could sit high enough to spot them in the grass.
