Unfortunately I had surgery after some injuries I took in a accident this summer. So I missed the last few shoots last season. I didn't have a chance to thank Barney for the season in person. I know Barney has debated stepping down from his position. Is there any word on if there has been a replacement found? Will the precision matches be business as usual for 2015? I don't know what I'll do with myself if I can't hear johns angus jokes lol
 
And all of you know Adam from our matches as well as being one of your butts officers! :D

I will be your butts officer for half the relays! So get used to me shouting at you once again. At least I won't slap or choke you or grudge Fzck you like Jian Ghomeshi of CBC our National Pubic broadcaster. :evil:

So I'm in communication with AdamP these days. :)

Now have a look at last year's schedule. Maybe it's on your smartphone, go and have a look. All we did was plan to have a match on the identical day next season. No kidding. It's that simple.

Here's a hint: Scan back THREE pages on this forum and find the ORA Precision Rifle Matches, all the threads are started by myself. Look at those date(s) of 2014 and locate the matching day of Sun/Sat for that weekend in 2015. :)

If I had a match on a Sunday, then you are safe to assume it's gonna be THAT Sunday AGAIN, next 2015 season. I'm not joking. :cool:

We have been able to de-conflict with the CQB matches and SR matches since many of the PR Shooters like to shoot other disciplines.

Remember last year of 2014? Cancellations from Base Borden are a fact of life. Get used to it. IT's their sandbox; their rules. Truth be told, we really don't get any confirmation until a month ahead of that range date. Yeah, go figure. I made it seem that seamless. Am I good or what? Okay, I'm jesting but the reality is, I'm on pins and needles (it's a metaphor) for a week or two ahead of EACH shoot. That's my role as your (former) Match Director.

That's the FUN I shield all of you shooters from. Frankly, all of you shooters in our PR community of the ORA have been super appreciative of my efforts and that makes it all worthwhile :cool:

So what dates are on for this coming season? Pretty close to last year . Now where's that sticky I posted up last spring? :evil:

Go back on this forum and look for my ORA match (registration and debrief here) titles from previous shoots.

We are the busiest PR program in the country and you guys make it rock! Thanks! :wave:
