2015 Show Show: Badger Ordinance Titanium AR15 parts and Angle Cosine Indicator

For those weight obsessed, Badger Ordinance will be offering some parts in titanium for the AR platforms.



Second they are featuring an Angle Cosine Indicator that also includes a flip out ball level so as to get full axis gauge of the rifle's angle for long range shooting.

Badger also has a new mini version of their FTE brake that has a clamping mechanism. This one clamps on the threads.

How does the cosine indicator attach to the rifle? Picatinny?

It has a dovetail on the back that interfaces with different mounts. There is a picatinni mount and one that replaces the cap on one of the scope rings.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what is the point of having the small parts be titanium instead of steel? The weight savings would be marginal at best replacing such small parts...

Wouldn't the bolt stop wear out a lot faster in titanium than a stock steel one?
