2016 Canadian IPSC Nationals

I've never shot ipsc and I absolutely mean no disrespect to anyone who does, but why does practically every ipsc thread on CGN have a disproportionate amount of drama? As an action shooter on the outside looking in, I must say it is damn peculiar.

IPSC is a long term game of strategy
The actual shooting is only like 10% of it.
Maybe 11%

The mind games and psychological warfare involved is where the real fun is.
You have to really invest in the mindfukery so that somewhere down the road, it may come to fruition and you have defeated the competition before you even fire the first shot.

Its truly and awesome sport.

I was hoping to keep cbabes in this conversation seeing how things are obvious to him and not others....
Cbabes .......please help us out with what things are obvious....clearly we aren't nearly as informed as you as what is obvious

Ok Chris, I sent EMT and 2 emails, I got nothing in return, EMT still pending , no waitlist email no nothing...Your theory holds no water in my situation....

My EMT and emails were sent the day the match opened, am I in or out???? I have time booked off work and hotels booked etc. would be nice get a freaking email one way or the other!!!! Its been a week and few days...

When exactly did you email in your registration?

You sent the EMT after supper? You are not on waiting list or in match then.

After supper is the next day. Sign up opened at 11pm for you. If you didn't get your EMT cashed you are not in match or on waiting list.
 
Pat got a lot of flack last year for lack of communication as I kept hearing it while ROing. Maybe this year people can have a little more patience for all the work Jim is doing. No need to get upset.
 
I had my registration in within 1 minute of it opening. Pretty sure it wasn't long after that that it was full
