2016 Canadian IPSC Nationals

I had a few good stages and a few bad ones which is par for the course for me but all in all a very good match with some very challenging stages. A big thanks to Jim and the guys for stepping up and making it happen.

I may be late to the thread but if you want to see the picture gallery I took, you can see them here:

I was the idiot running around with a camera instead of a gun for the 4 days

You did a great job, I shot 18 stages in the heat and can only imagine what it was like for you taking dozens of pics of everyone over 4 days. The pics are great and you couldnt have caught the action any better but I was a little disappointed that they didnt make me look thinner like you said they would, great sales pitch tho...lol. I hope most will step up and buy at least 1 or 2 of their favorites to cover your time and expenses. Thanks again.

Mike, to be fair, everyone actually worked a full day there. Some even had to get up at 6am next day to shoot.

RM has to make some unpopular decisions, so it is what it is. But there were ROs... I don't want to point fingers at anyone, but some of them could have done a better job assisting competitors to do their task. Some of them should follow an example that Richard Oh set. His stage was quite difficult to work at, but he and his crew was super nice to competitors til very end!

Richard Oh was an amazing CRO. I had the pleasure to be an RO on his stage all day.

Thanks guys!!! It was great working with you as well Chris.

Just wanted to say that both Jim (MD) and Clint (RM) really had my back, constantly checking in to see how things were running on the range. Always responding quickly to my calls on the radio. They really deserve much more credit for a job well done!!

I had the pleasure of working with Richard as well and I can say he is the gold standard as far as CRO's go.
