Last time when I placed my order I was promised free tannerite which never came with my order. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!

That right there is customer service! Owning a retail store, mistakes happen and more to the point packers don't always get side notes. If a promise was made just pick up the phone 9 times outa 10 it will get fixed. Great job Canadaammo!
