2017 F-Class Nationals/World Championships - Entries open on Jan 18

Off to a good start. Gun and all my luggage made it. Got a call to pickup my ammo so it made it.
Got to chat a bit with some south African shooters at the hotel. Looking forward to 6 days of shooting.
 
Well now that was a tough day on the range. At least for me. Now I know why they call it connaught. Because some days out there you Cannot hit anything.
 
I hear you guys might even get some rain...

The nationals are now over. All went well. Well sort of. No disasters except for my score card. Hard place to get a handle on the wind. Got a chance to meet some amazing shooters/friends from across the globe. Now on to the worlds.
 
Some great shooting indeed. Great to see so many Cdns at the top of the results.

The Cdn F Open Team in 3rd... OUTSTANDING... 1 point behind 1st... how's that for very close scores

Shout out to Greg D of Vernon for only dropping 1 point during the team match... and of course, great wind coaching.

Now onto the Worlds... Good luck every one and may the rain stay away.

I'm only seeing the results of Day 1 on teh 2017fcwc site. Are they being posted somewhere else now?
 
Congrats to Gerry W of MB for leading after day "2" at the Worlds in FTR.

This is likely the closest match for both Open and FTR. Today will be a very interesting and challenging day.

That's the end of the worlds for me. To bad Jerry you could not make it. Would have loved the opportunity to shoot against you. I had a great time. Thanks to all the hard working people that made this match possible.
