2020 Milsurp Finds - Post Yours!

Only the floor plate and follower don’t match the rest of the rifle but they match each other and it’s definitely a case of wartime mismatch, probably while troops were cleaning their rifles together. Same patina, right code, and only a few hundred serial numbers different.

While laminate stocks were mostly used during the war they never actually stopped making hardwood stocks. You’ll see them on rifles right up to ‘45.

Skwerle wish I had kept my mint Jungle Carbine! $20 when purchased but kids travel and life in general made it hard to hold on to.
