2021 CDTSA 3-Gun Schedule

Sorry, I own this one. Just got my stage finalized today. Being a nurse in a pandemic eats up alot of time. The round count should be coming shortly.

Hey everyone,

Here's the round count:

Pistol: 56
Rifle: 56
Shotgun: 35
Slug: 16

Because of all of our different divisions, and all the different ways you can shoot each stage, we've taken the maximum number of rounds for each gun for each stage and added them together to arrive at this round count.

As always, bring extra ammo because a perfect score just ain't gonna happen.

Big thank you to everybody who helped put this match on.
And thank you to Scott for being a great RO.

I really enjoyed that match, the whole squad was awesome. Not often you see every single person out there resetting and helping out. Thanks Ben!

Were you able to work the tornado into stage two?

Lol we tried, until it stole all of our targets and barrels and stuff. And donuts. We ate them anyways though. Little gritty, but still good.

Thanks to Jeff and crew who put on a really fun match yesterday despite the bad weather on setup day that made them repeat setup. But if its any consolation, got to shoot it with my son - not a better way to spend time with family than send rounds down range!

Hey Everyone,

This was definitely one of the more entertaining matches we've ever had weather-wise. If I never get another tornado warning while at Milo, that'll be fine with me.

The scores are now on Practiscore!

Thanks for coming out, and we hope to see you at the next one!

What is generally the max range you engage targets at? Might be able to make the July match and was wondering if I can arrange it should I bring an M1 Garand or M1 Carbine?

Like Dave mentioned, the bays we're using lately are relatively short, so I'd think you would be ok with either rifle. I don't think we've had anyone use an M1 carbine yet, but we get a lot of 9mm PCCs these days, and they seem to be ok.

Hey Everyone,

We're celebrating the end of COVID restrictions in a big way - we're holding a match with the biggest round count I believe CDTSA has ever had for a 3-Gun match. As with all of our post-ban round counts, this is an amalgamation of the 2-Gun and 3-Gun round counts, so you may or may not need quite as many of each kind of round, depending on how your division, how you shoot the stages, etc.

As always, I'll still advise you to bring way more than what's listed here.

Pistol: 68
Rifle: 48
Shotgun: 41
Slug: 24
Total: 181

People shooting the match in the 3-Gun divisions will likely need significantly fewer slugs than what's listed here. For you 2-Gun folks, definitely bring this many.

See you on Sunday!

Hey Everyone,

Match 2 scores have been posted! I'd like to thank everyone who attended for helping to keep things moving along. We finished the match and got everything packed away in record time.

Match 2 Scores

If anyone can identify the folding stool that they left behind, please contact me and we can figure out how to get it back to you.

One again, thanks for coming out!

-Jeff

Big shout out to AHS for taking just long enough to get me my covid test results for me to miss the match. The mentioned 12-24 hours would have been great! The 48 hours it actually took was not ideal. Worst timing ever.
