2022 Waterfowl thread

Opening day of Brant season ,6 hours in a punt bouncing around in the bay bay.Quite a few moving ,We got 4 before the wind picked up and time to run for home.

Very cool! Shot at Brant once in all my years of waterfowling. I was hunting on Lake Nipissing in October. Called them into the decoys with a Canada call. Flock of three, dropped a pair. Third went away unharmed as I was shooting an O/U so no third round. I think they were lost. LOL
 
I just stumbled upon this thread. Awesome. Great videos SPANK. Gonna add a few pics from this season,even though its a bit late. First are from the Commie season and second from my last duck hunt on Jan 03,2023 Picture of CASH, my buddies 4 month old lab. She had almost 400 retrieves before the end of the season and before she was ten months old. Great dogs are awesome and hunting with a great one, is so much more rewarding and fun.
