I`ll keep my 204. I have 4 22-250`s and they do too much damage, might as well use a 220 Swift if you enjoy sewing
My neighbour bought a 204 last year and has shot dozens and dozens with none getting away. Factory 32gr V-max are just too dam fast and do blow up too easy. He uses 39gr Blitz Kings and I use 35gr Berger Match.
Shot placement is everything, a running away shot is just stupid with any cal!

Keep your "stupid" opinions to yourself. ive taken many running with no problem. for me its more thana hobby....its protecting livestock. ill take them running rather than losing animals to them. if your not confident on running shots, too bad, dont take them.....i will

I like the ballistics of the 204, but I think until better bullets designed for predators become available, I will pass in favor of 22 calibers.

I think I read somewhere Nosler has come out with a 20 Cal 40 Grain Ballistic Tip for '06 that should be just the Cats A$$ for the 204 Ruger

Sorry about that Otokiak...i missed your post I have a local interested right now.....well since i bought it. But he might have a change of mind after its performance. I plan on hunting red fox this weekend and might give it a chance at that....mabee. But i will definitely keep you first in mind if im looking for a buyer

I heard that if you use a 204 on coyotes you have to put the dog into a garbage bag quickly and tie it in a knot just to keep him dead!

Bring all your toys to play I said anyone trying take a clean kill 1 shot running away isn`t the answer If you want to protect your cows, take out the biggest gun you got and shoot them up the hoop Hell I`ll bring my 338/378 and do it for you.
