So that ended the shoot prematurely.

They were 3250 fps out of my 24 " Rem M700 SS ! 3 shots into 3/4 " RJ

Quickload suggests that load is at 60,000psi. The really long throat helps reduce pressure, even with high charge weights

To exceed published maximum velocities with non max loads? Nope that's not why.

I've never been concerned with having too much velocity, only too much pressure. If you're not getting pressure signs then why worry about it?
