208gr A-max in 7.5 Swiss?

No, but I can't think of a reason why not. The ballistics will be different than what the irons are set for though, won't make much difference at 100m I think. For comparison, today I shot 10 rounds of .308win / 208gr Amax / 44.8gr H414 as a load accuracy test, it wasn't as great as my normal load of .308win / 168gr Amax / 42gr 8208XBR, but only around 0.5-1 moa worse. Rifle is a 26" 12 twist.

3.060" fit in the mag? 38 grains is one less than max for a 180 with 2.900" as the length. No pressures given by Hodgdon. You may want to drop it a tick.
There are a couple 190 Match King loads on Reloader's Nest. None with H4895, but using 3.330" or 3.320" as the OAL with Reloder 15 or 19, so your length may be too short. Doubt it'll matter much though.

3.060 is too long. I have 2 rifles and neither will chamber. I bumped it back to 3.050 and still a tiny bit stiff. The perfect OAL is 3.046 for the 208gr Amax in PPU brass.

Never mind the mag, does it fit in the chamber and bolt closes on it? K31s have short throat that require long pointy bullets in order to chamber properly. A max has rounded ogive so it has to be seated far down, that's of course if you are using this ammo in k31?
