I’ve drawn a tag for a primitive weapons zone so after years of collecting dust I’m finally getting my 700 ml up and running. I have discovered that due to its limited popularity here supplies can be rather difficult to find. What’s really giving me trouble at the moment is a good way to carry spare 209 primers in the field. Does anyone have any input on a decent way to store them that’s reasonably accessible? Will be walking/hiking not sitting in a blind. I do like the idea of the little silicone tabs but the only ones I’ve found in Canada are on Amazon and I think the 1000% markup is a little steep. Thanks for your input.

go to a pharmacy buy a little square pill box 7 day allotment put one primer in each compartment and done
life is not that complicated
or just a small
81 mg pill bottle

Perhaps I am overthinking, I figured the open carriers would be more conducive to a quick reload than something like a pill bottle. There may be something to the 3d printed one there. I never considered carrying them loose in a pocket, would other debris or moisture not cause misfires? Or are they more durable than that?

Been carrying them in my pocket for years.
My front pocket has a zipper and nothing gets in with them.
I've even ran them through the dryer, after forgetting about them, after a heavy snowfall and wasn't an issue.

I also carry 3 of these "quick shots" from TC Arms in my pack, primers are completely exposed, but kept in my pack..
I didn't shoot anything during muzzleloader seasonand are just in my tackle box i use for all my muzzleloader crap. I'll use them, next time they cut our hay, for target practice.
keep the extra primers in my pocket our whole week of muzzleloader season.
Sometimes I take one of my muzzleloaders out during our shotgun season and forget about the primers and are in my pocket for a month.
I have yet to have one fail.
Ymmv 🤷
