Hi

My girlfriend has her RPAL on the way.
We're going goose hunting Sept 28.

I want her to try an 870 Compact/Youth model in 20ga. and maybe even a LH model if there is one.

She is left eye dominant although her limited shooting has been right handed. I want to try a bit of LH shooting with her to see if she wants to switch over.
I can pick it up / leave a large deposit / Meet you at any range that allows shotgun shooting / buy coffe, tea, other drinks / etc.

I have some firearms you may want to try in exchange:
Sig Sauer P220 Elite
Norinco 1911A1
Remington 870 Wingmaster Magnum 12g
Marlin 1895 XLR .45-70
Howa 1500 .30-06
Rem 597 22LR

Please call or text as I leave September 13 and I'd love to get the ball rolling before I go.
THANKS! 604 319 85zero8

Ya know.......the for sale section works a lot better then here, you have feedback already so ya know better. ;)

Also, right hand model is perfectly fine and extremely easy to operate as a lefty.

I don't think there's really a place for ‘Want to BORROW’ a fire-arm in the EE, which is what this fellow is inquiring about. I will nit-pick, however, in that he has not actually stated a location for a face-to-face meeting (though I know it's somewhere on the West coast; thus I cannot help).

Thanks for your input guys...
I live in Langley. My girlfriend lives in Vancouver.

We will be buying a 20g 870 but I was hoping to have her try it out before the purchase.

Let her try a 12 gauge, don't make a big deal of it just hand it to her with a shell or two and let her go a head and shoot it. That's what I did with my girlfriend and she's since shot a 20 but still prefers a 12. I did have to cut the stock down an inch but who cares its her gun and she shoots it better now. She does prefer a 12 gauge semi but has no issue shooting pumps or doubles as long as they fit her.
As a bonus even a 2 3/4" only 12 is easier to find more goose appropriate loads for then a 20 gauge.
