20g shells

When I shot trap the 12 gauge was $48 a flat and the 20 gauge was $90. Times have changed. Late 80's to mid 90's.
I stand corrected.

I used to buy Rem Gun Club 20ga for $39.99 a flat in early 2000's. Now buying them for $67.99.

Most places here, 12 and 20 ar ethe same price.

I shot some from Canadian Tire many years ago as well and holy smokes yeah they were brutal!
Have shot lots since and they obviously changed their powder because they do not kick nearly the same .

Did they come in boxes of 20?
That surprised the heck outta me, didn't even think to look when I bought them ! LOL

I had some of those in the box of 20, the boxes were brown and pale yellow if I recall correctly but I forgot that they were Challengers, the ones I remember kicking so bad were defiantly in boxes of 25. Never had any of them blow the end off though.

I want to say the ones I had with the ends coming off were in blue boxes but not 100% on that it was a long time ago

i wouldn't use the challengers the primer is to hard on the firing pin
