20in 30-06 bullet weight

getting pretty excited now for this 20 .30-06 to turn up some time, id like to say this week but im doubtful, perhaps next week!

think i talked myself into using the 130gr PPSN from Woodleigh as the go to round for it...will keep the hold over to a minimum for general ranges- since working that 7mm08 out with its trajectory to 450m it is ticking every box beautifully.

oooooh Paid the invoice today, that means the Barrel should be on its way back to me this week !!! i wish an hope its back by weekend--- coinciding with the birthday .
my mate has drilled out the Trigger gaurd and the Bolt andd its on its way this week also.
i finished up drilling the magazine box out and floorplate--

will post up some photos of before and After in this thread by next week!!

PS they asked if i wanted the barrel bead blasted for extra cost- which i declined...
so i am assuming i will have the A bolt finish with Shiney ? stainless flutes ? would that be right?

i also dont believe bead blasting is going to be hard to do ourselves if it needs it- will it likely be more prone to rust in the flutes? i got 5 of them and had it cut an re crowned
