This is going to be the FRIST 3 Gun we will be holding his year. Come on out have fun and meet some new people or just see old ones and catch up.

Start time will be 08:00. We want to get the class portion out of the way soonest so as to allow the rest of the day to shoot.

Round count will be roughly
Rifle: 120
Shotgun: 50 Bird Shot
5 Slug
Pistol: 120
(These are of course minimums, as the COF's have not been decided yet)

All right folks as this will be a training/ mini match this will be a rain or shine shoot. So bring what you need to stay warm and dry if the weather turns south on us.

We will likey have 4-5 stages just so everybody gets back into the swing of things.

Any questions that you may have please fire me an email @ wras3.gun@gmail.com or PM me or Sosa here ad we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

See you all on the range.

Tex

I am not setup for 3 gun but I might show up to learn the rules and watch some to see how it all plays out. I guess I cannot practice shooting my shadow as well since you guys are tieing up both ranges it looks like on the SGGC site :)

Thanks Shotzee! I might have to take you up on that offer!

I have plenty of .223 and 5 LAR mags :)

Anyone recce SGGC yet? Muddy or dried up a bit? Wondering if goretex boots are called for or trail runners...

was at SGGC yesterday, the parts that the sun dont hit so much are a bit muddy, but not toooo bad, where the sun hits is ok... the larger pistol range was somewhat muddy...

short answer: wear boots, but you wont need your rubbers unless it rains again.

Bring what you have, and come in the morning. You might want to try it. Bring your pistol, all the mags you have, and ammo. Bring a shotgun it you have one, and some shells. Lots of guys use #4 heavy game load shells. Bring some slugs.

You can use my AR if you want, just bring ammo.

guys coffee is mandatory safety equipment for any competition that starts before 10

its no joke*

yes its a joke

If your not a member of the Spruce Grove Gun club, what does it take to come out and joint the WRAS 3 gun? I currently shoot in another 3 gun club, but would like to get out to more shoots and try other styles of 3 gun.
