I found myself the Rogers and Spencer as trouble free as any ROA.
That's quite a feat for any cap and ball revolver.

It's so neat seeing this design shed fired caps like water off Bruce Willis's skull cap. Never a single cap jam!

Sometimes the bluebird of happiness drops a load on a deserving soul. I bought a Uberti Conversion 1858 Remington in .45 Colt. Always loved the look of those but wasn't wanting to get into black powder.

The 1858 SS was made by Armi San Paolo in the town of Brescia, Italy. It was imported by the US company Euroarms.
Just to make my life more interesting I'm on the hunt for a matching revolver!

I just bought (well, I sent the EMT) a ROA 1858 to round out my 1858 collection and it would be an identical match to your SS, Euroarms. You don't see either come up often here on the EE.
