I would expect the 22.250 to give me top accuracy up to 1500rds.
The 223 around 3000.
Both of these will shoot min of PD for longer but ACCURATE 1/2 min or lower accuracy is short lived in all overbore rds.
There is precious little reason to use twice the powder to gain no benefit.
SR BR is the land of light bullets so having a huge case doesn't help. Plus it really stresses out bullets and most match bullets don't enjoy going 3400fps.
The 222 is a wonderful cartridge and one of my favorite but doesn't have enough case capacity to max out the 75 and 80gr bullets.
So it boils down to what you want to achieve and the bullets you want to send down range.
