22 ARC loads

I've been doing some load data research online since I don't have the new reloading books and found that Sierra has more of a selection of different bullet loads than Hornady. Found this kind of strange as isn't this 22 Arc Hornady's baby as didn't they introduce this a couple years ago ? Maybe my time line is wrong but I think one might understand where I coming from.

Are there any other load data info out there other than these two I mentioned ?

This one has peaked my curiosity for a coyote caliber for sure, as much as I said in the past, I'm done with new rifles.
N140 - 29.2grs
62gr ELD-VT
3100 fps.
5 shots under 1/2 moa=

Still working on other load but this seems to work very well.

The ARC calibers are based off the 7.62x39 case, and they have .447" case base diameters.

The 223 WSSM is based off the 300WSM case, which has a .555" base case diameter, and 1.670" in case length. So much larger in diameter and a little longer. Massive case capacity difference.

The 223 WSSM is known as a barrel burner, the 22ARC, which is going to be the quickest one of the ARC family of cartridges to burn a throat out, probably gets about 20 times the barrel life of the WSSM. Which is a insane amount.

I've been reloading for some time now but I guess I'm out of touch with all these new ( to me ) powders that I have never heard of. The big question is are they hard to come by and how do you know which ones to pick. I have a number of regular  powders on hand at this time but will probably start looking for new ones once I have the new 22 ARC in my hands.

If you load the 223 WSSM to its velocity potential, the throat will erode very quickly and the barrel will be toast around the 300-400 round count. The one I had was very accurate and performance was impressive but large amount of powder in a small calibre!! The price is barrel life but can be expected at 4600 fps. The arc seems like a great round and seems to be catching on.

WSSM was hardly ever a thing, Browning and Winchester made rifles for a very short span and nobody else picked it up. Winchester lists two soft point 223 WSSM loads, one 243 WSSM soft point, two 25 WSSM loads. Hornady does make brass that they just recently started to market. I only know two people with 243 WSSM's and both regret buying them long ago

22 Creedmoor is close to same case size as a 223 WSSM, I'd imagine barrel life would be similar. I am at around 900 rounds down my 22 Creed, still shoots very good.
