22 ARC

Need help badly finding best powder for 88gr eldm for the 22 arc. Considering how are hard to find certain powders in our country. I want to try n150 or n540 but according to vv there is no published load data for it. I found the load data for horandy bolt gun but many of the good powders I cannot find such as a2520, power pro 2000mr, or rl15 or rl16. There no data for rl15.5. Also reading the posts above the staball 6.5 is for heavy and the staball match for lighter is this true? I ask cuz staball match in the load data is only for the 88+ pills. I don’t know and need help finding best powder for 88gr.

I've used Quickload to find hidden powder gems for the 22 ARC. My handloading so far has only been with the 88gr ELDm (except for recent play with 70gr Accubond & 75gr Swift Scirocco) , the mid to slow burning powders can be used with good results with the heavy bullets in 22ARC. N550 worked really well for me, 28.1grs I believe

Been shooting the 22 ARC quite a bit, round count is now north of 700

Had it out to 1000 yards on four different occasions and once out to 1170 yards on steel with good results

Hunting season is coming, so I tried some 70gr Nosler Accubond over 29.0grs RL15.5ts

Given the success others have been having with the 88 eldm from the 223 and creedmoor why not just use it from your arc? Although if I had the accubonds on hand I'd have tried them too and with that accuracy I'd be flipping a coin between the two.

I guess I'm just different, and stubborn :)
