.22 barrel

How much do you want to spend? If it's less than $50, you're out of luck. A re-barreling will cost you $200-$250 + the cost of your barrel. Does the firearm have any significant value to you? Enough to justify spending $300 to $600?
 
Probably the cheapest way would be to buy another rifle with a broken stock, etc.
But these barrels don't necessarily interchange, apart from the 64s.
