22 cal ammo

a buddy of mine gave me some 22 cal ammo yesterday that I have never seen before, can someone tell me what it is called or where to find more lol , the 2 rounds next to it from left to right are ...a 22 LR ...a 22 short.... and whatever the other one is called.....it has a picture of a acorn on the rim of the case .... any thoughts????

Or a .22 CB cap, which is what I always heard them referred to as.

Yep, I had a box and they were called CIL BBs
I believe the CB are pointed, not round.
The BBs are round.
I could be wrong

BB Cap from the 60-70s which I don't think are made any more, bought my last box of 100 in Alliston back in the 60s. from Thompson sporting goods on Victoria west. I still have the full box.
