22 Creedmoor reloading

Hi. Has anyone tried resizing 22 creedmoor brass using either the 6mm or 6.5mm creedmoor bushing dies. Seeing the cartridges are all the same with the correct bushings would this not work? Thanks

Yes, of course you can form 22 CM from the other cases. Been doing it for the last year... I prefer to start from 6mm brass as there is less sizing to do.

And I will turn my necks before necking down to avoid donuts. 22 CM brass is factory available so the need is dropping but if you have a stash of other CM cases, have at it.

Can work very well. Annealing should also be part of the process.

I use a .251 bushing in a Redding 6mm or 6.5 Creedmoor NK die for my 22cm. For bullet seating I have a 22cal VLD stem I install on the larger Creedmoor's seater die
