.22 hornet brass

Don't know, never seen any for sale before!!! It's kinda like seeing the sasquatch riding a unicorn!! The factory new ones are about $43 ish / bag.

Couple cents per.

I wouldn't touch the stuff without knowing what it was shot in, except as hack brass for experimenting or setting up forming dies, maybe. Lots of really loose chambers in stock guns out there, leading to sometimes high rates of separation and neck splitting, from the amount that the brass gets worked.

Last bags I picked up were a bit under the price quoted above. 50 rounds of factory loaded, were pretty close to that, or a bit more.

Short answer. Not much. maybe a bit more if it's sorted by brand, and in 100 case lots.

Cheers
Trev

"...some more than once..." Not knowing will drop the value.
"...factory new ones are about $43 ish / bag..." You're being robbed. Virgin Remington brass runs $18.95 per 50(37 cents each) at Shooter's Choice, in Waterloo, Ontario. So once plus fired isn't worth much.

I live out here in BC. and haven't seen any cheaper. The town I live in has 3 gunshops and all of them compete with each other for who can have the highest prices. That is why I have to drive two towns over to go to Del Selins. He has way better prices, But every time I go there I forget to check for the hornet stuff cause I always have my hands full of pistol stuff! :puke:

"...out here in BC. and haven't seen any cheaper...3 gunshops..." Small shops, in small places, can't order in the quantities larger shops can. They don't get the price breaks or credit terms. Shipping costs are usually higher too.
